Julianna W. McNeely

Julianna is from Matthews, North Carolina and has lived in the Raleigh area with her husband since 2009. Julianna and her husband are proud to call Raleigh their new home.

Julianna graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. While an undergraduate, Julianna was first exposed to the field of law and was involved in many community service organizations.

Julianna’s passion for the law and commitment to helping families in need drove Julianna to attend law school. She received her J.D. from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. During law school, Julianna was the recipient of the Smith-Shaver Scholarship, was selected to represent the school as a member of the prestigious moot court team, was awarded membership in the Order of Old Kivett for outstanding advocacy in competitions while upholding the highest ethical standards, was a writer for the Campbell Law Observer and was a co-founder of Campbell Law Advocates Against Domestic Violence.

While in law school, Julianna gained significant exposure to family law matters and fell in love with this area of law. While summer clerks at prestigious law firms in Raleigh, Julianna handled a wide variety of family law matters. These experiences resulted in Julianna’s enthusiasm and passion for family law.

Since being admitted to the North Carolina Bar, Julianna practices exclusively in family law. Julianna is experienced to handle all stages of your case. She is successful at resolving cases through mediation and negotiation but also thrives taking cases all the way through litigation. Julianna is very involved with the community. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the North Carolina State Bar, the Wake County Bar Association, Wake County Young Lawyer’s Division, Wake Women Attorneys, and the Junior League of Raleigh.

Julianna and her husband enjoy spending time with their family and friends, traveling, and staying active in their local church.
